Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Assist with food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations, including plating and garnishing
- Handle food handling responsibilities in accordance with food safety regulations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
- Support catering and banquet events by setting up stations, serving guests, and managing timely delivery of orders
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including dietary accommodations and special requests
- Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or banquet settings
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to serve efficiently while managing multiple tables or event stations
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in catering or banquet service is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in the food industry
- Barista experience or bar service skills are a plus for beverage preparation roles
- Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to communicate clearly under pressure
- Previous dietary aide or hospitality experience enhances your ability to meet diverse guest needs
