We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager with 5–10 years of experience to lead commercial and residential projects from concept through construction. The ideal candidate will manage project delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, prepare construction documents, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage architectural projects through all design and construction phases.
- Produce and review construction documents using Revit.
- Coordinate with structural, civil, MEP, and other consultants.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct site visits, field observations, and construction administration.
- Mentor junior team members and support project delivery.
- Ensure quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 5–10 years of architectural project management experience.
- Strong proficiency in Revit.
- Experience with construction documents and construction administration.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and client management skills.
- Licensed Architect.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
