We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Line Service Technician to join our aviation ground operations team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional ground support services to aircraft and ensuring smooth airport ramp operations. Your expertise will help maintain safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all ground handling activities. Major Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Promote and maintain a positive image of JAG Aviation at all times to all personnel, customers, vendors and members of the community.
· Responsible for parking, towing, wing walking, moving and marshalling aircraft arriving and departing the ramp area in a safe manner.
· Drive fuel trucks, tow vehicles and maintenance of equipment by servicing of vehicles and/or equipment.
· Service aircraft lavatories for waste disposal and water.
· Testing fuel trucks and farm for product quality
· Record findings of product quality in daily records
· Furnish service functions such as providing ground power and aircraft detailing.
· Provides cleaning of ramp, hangers, grounds, offices, bathrooms, line service area and ground service equipment. Trash removal entire facility, cleaning windows, car washing/ detailing, weed eating, cutting grass, applying weed killer or pulling weeds, trimming of trees and hedging.
· Cross train and backup for Customer Service Representative by occupying the Front Desk station due to vacation, after hours, or for breaks/lunchtime.
Minor duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Answering telephone for business
· Relaying messages to employees
· Creating accounts for new customers
· Mowing, weed eating, all over landscaping on grounds surrounding FBO, Avionics, Fuel Farm and Maintenance.
No experience needed. On the job training.
· Language Skills: Ability to read, comprehend and explain documents such as pricing, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, training manuals and other procedure manuals in English. Effectively communicate verbally, in writing and in English
· Mathematical Skills: Basic Math with the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as fuel volumes, discounts, percentages, area and volume
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
