Action Roofing is looking for driven, competitive Sales Representatives to join our growing Tampa team. This is an opportunity for a motivated sales professional to build a high-income career with a well-established Florida roofing company.
You’ll meet with homeowners who are already interested in roofing services, conduct in-home consultations, identify their needs, and guide them through the process from inspection to signed contract.

What You’ll Do
- Run warm, pre-set appointments with homeowners
- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations
- Inspect roofs and identify potential roofing issues
- Educate homeowners on roofing options and solutions
- Prepare estimates and present proposals
- Close residential roofing projects
- Follow up with customers and manage your sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems
- Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Roofing, construction, home improvement, solar, HVAC, or other in-home sales experience is a plus—but not required
