Responsibilities:
- Verifies identity and administration of resident's medications in accordance with physician orders, state regulations, and community processes.
- Observe and document the health and emotional condition of each resident, promptly reporting all changes to the nurse.
- Record, Restock, Reorder, and maintain proper storage of medications.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility, toileting, and other personal care needs.
- Be able to communicate effectively with residents, family members, team members, and visitors.
Qualifications:
- Oregon Medication Aide certification or training (Facility provided if needed)
- Prior experience in senior care preferred
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Pay: Starting at$18/hr+ (based on experience)
- $1/hr overnight differential for hours worked between 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- $1/hr Monthly Attendance Bonus
Set Schedules
- Day Shift 7AM - 3:30PM
- Swing Shift 3:30PM - 11PM
- Overnight (Noc) Shift 9:30PM - 7AM
