Compensation
- $60 to $70 per clinical session
- $25 per hour for meetings, trainings, and required admin time
- Bonus opportunities available for maintaining 16 or more sessions per week
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy, with the option to work with couples, families, and groups
- Maintain a caseload of at least 15 clients per week
- Complete documentation within 48 hours
- Keep your schedule updated and aligned with availability
- Attend team meetings and occasional trainings
- Participate in at least two community connections or networking efforts per month
- Weekend availability is required for this role and will be a consistent part of your schedule.

Location
Tampa, Florida with a hybrid option for in-person and telehealth sessions. Must be local no exceptions.
