The Mini Bar Attendant is an essential member of the team, passionate about the guest experience, and possessing a spectacular eye for detail. This role is primarily responsible for the meticulous stocking, organization, and presentation of in-room mini bars. It is integral to executing a comfortable and enjoyable guest experience by maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring product freshness, and managing associated reporting and stockroom organization.
Stripping and making beds.
Cleaning surfaces in guest rooms and common areas to ensure health standards are met.
Replenishing linens, towels, and guest amenities.
Carry and transfer linens, towels, toiletries and other guest amenities, and cleaning supplies.
Launder towels, linens, and other items on site; this includes loading washing machines and dryers, ironing and folding dried items.
Sort, count, inventory, mark and store clean linens.
Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport waste to disposal areas.
Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items.
Move and arrange furniture.
Clean, organize, and remove debris or other items from common areas.
Receive inquiries from and communicate information to guests.
Report safety hazards and other maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor or manager.
Comply with all applicable health and safety codes and regulations.
