Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor / Salesman to join our team. State Inspection Certified preferred.
In this role, you will be a point of contact for our customers and technicians, providing exceptional service and ensuring their automotive needs are met. You will utilize your expertise in automotive repair to guide customers through their service options while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand customer concerns regarding their vehicles.
- Provide detailed explanations of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, and engine repairs.
- Schedule appointments and manage the workflow of the service department efficiently.
- Communicate with technicians regarding customer requests and vehicle status updates.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy, while building lasting relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
