Vault Studio is looking for an experienced Sales & Design Consultant who understands remodeling—not just sales.
This is not an entry-level sales position. We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in kitchen & bath remodeling, interior design, finish materials, or residential construction sales.
The ideal candidate understands how a remodel comes together, can confidently guide clients through product selections, and takes ownership of every opportunity from the first conversation to the final sale.

What You'll Do
- Welcome clients into the showroom and create an exceptional first impression.
- Understand each client's project, goals, budget, timeline, and design vision.
- Guide homeowners through selecting cabinetry, countertops, flooring, appliances, plumbing fixtures, windows, doors, fireplaces, and other finish materials.
- Build complete, accurate proposals that balance design, functionality, and budget.
- Actively manage and follow up on every lead until a decision is made.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, architects, and project managers.
- Develop relationships with local builders, architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals.
- Stay organized, communicate proactively, and ensure clients always know the next step.
- Represent Vault Studio with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Kitchen & Bath Remodeling
- Interior Design
- Residential Construction
- High-end Building Materials Sales
- Cabinetry, Flooring, Appliances, Plumbing Fixtures, Windows, Doors, or related finish materials
- Strong understanding of how residential remodeling projects are planned and executed.
- Proven sales experience with the ability to close projects and build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through.

Bonus Qualifications
- Experience using CRM software and quoting systems.
- Existing network of builders, architects, interior designers, or developers.
- Knowledge of construction sequencing and project coordination.
- Experience reading plans and specifications.
