We are a growing short-term rental business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented independent cleaner to join our team!
Please note: We are hiring individual cleaners only. We are not contracting with cleaning agencies, crews, or companies at this time.
If you take pride in creating spotless, welcoming spaces and love having flexibility in your schedule, this is a great fit for you. Experience in turnover cleaning is a plus, but if you have a great work ethic and an eye for detail, we are happy to train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality turnover cleanings for short-term rental properties between guest stays.
- Follow specific checklists and instructions to ensure every property meets our presentation standards.
- Communicate clearly with the management team regarding completed cleans, supply restocks, or any property issues.
- Work independently to solve minor on-site problems quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Transport: Must have your own reliable transportation to travel between properties.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including availability during peak turnover hours (typically between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot the little things that make a big difference for guests.
- Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, great communication, and a positive, team-player attitude.
- Experience: Previous residential, hotel, or Airbnb cleaning experience is a bonus, but not required.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
