We are seeking a driven District Sales Manager in the Ocala/Gainesville territory to drive sales and develop independent agents, offering valuable voluntary benefits that provide employees with vital financial protection during life's unexpected events.
Successful business owners focus on:
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring sales agents
- Identifying, interviewing, and onboarding sales professionals
- Providing field training and joint sales efforts
- Leading sales meetings, orientations, and development sessions
- Driving B2B sales
- Cultivating relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers
- Fostering a competitive and collaborative sales culture
- Strengthening broker partnerships
Beneficial Qualifications and/or Experience:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Background in building independent sales teams
- Experience in recruiting and in talent development
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities
- Prior experience in insurance sales
- Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic

Pay: $125,000.00 - $189,000.00 per year
