The customer service rep will establish relationships with customers by assisting with phone orders; understand the needs of the customer and learn buying habits and expectations; educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products; accurately perform data entry of sales orders to generate invoices; and will make follow up calls to existing customers and to solicit additional business.
Prior experience in distribution, warehousing and/or customer service is highly desired. Pool industry experience preferred.
