Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Interior Door Shop Warehouse Associate (NWA), where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse dedicated to interior door products. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with heavy equipment, manage inventory, and contribute to efficient warehouse distribution processes. Your proactive approach and attention to safety will help us deliver quality products on time while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Duties
- Safely operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport interior door materials.
- Receive and unload interior doors, materials, and supplies.
- Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies when received.
- Organize and properly store doors and materials in the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks as needed
- Move doors and material throughout the warehouse and shop.
- Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, organized and free of hazards.
- Assist the interior door shop team with daily warehouse needs
Requirements
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, or order pickers; certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes, inventory management software, and logistics operations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to manual handling procedures and PPE guidelines.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting, order calculations, and data entry accuracy.
- Demonstrated understanding of safety regulations including OSHA standards; commitment to maintaining a safe workspace.
- Previous experience in warehouse, door shop or forklift is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, picking & packing orders, shipping & receiving tasks.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
