Overview
Join our dynamic team as an IT Power Platform and Database Administrator. This position services internal customers in all levels of the organization by providing reliable and high-quality solutions to support business objectives. No relocation assistance will be provided for this position.
Responsibilities
- General IT tier 1 and tier 2 support for hardware, software, network, and business applications
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps solutions to streamline business processes
- Create and develop Power Automate workflows for process automation
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights
- Support integration between Power Platform, SharePoint, CRM, SAP, SQL, and other enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures, functions, and ETL processes
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards
- Assist with IT projects including documentation, training, and deployment
- Occasional after-hours support, special projects, and travel
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related roles
- Excellent problem solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external parties
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft SQL server
- Strong focus on critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to bridge requirements with technical solutions

Pay: $73,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
