Position Summary:
Guapos Restaurants is looking for a motivated Dishwasher to help us in keeping the restaurant flowing smoothly and efficiently. Our dishwasher will be essential in providing a clean and vibrant experience for every guest and ensure that clean utensils, plates, and kitchen tools are available for chefs and line cooks.

Job Type: Full-Time (on-site)
Physical Setting: Restaurant Floor
Schedule: Flexible Schedule (Monday to Friday and Weekends) - (Morning shift/Night shift)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Properly washes and sorts of soiled dishes, cleaning dishes to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans and glasses.

Loading the dishwasher and placing dishes to dry.

Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.

Properly stacks and stores dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.

Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries and supplies.

Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans. Taking garbage and trash to dumpster area several times throughout shift.

Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.

Always adhere to hygiene and food safety guidelines.

Assist Restaurant staff with other duties as required.

Requirements:

Able to lift, push, pull items that weigh as much as 50 pounds.
- Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving quickly.

Ability to follow Guapos guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
