Clemons Sales builds agricultural irrigation equipment that ships all over the country: filters, manifolds, screens, and custom fabrications that growers depend on every season. We're a stable operation that's expanding, and we're investing in new shop equipment this year to do more and do it better. We're looking for welders who take pride in clean work and want a long-term home, not just the next paycheck.
What you'll do
You'll take a job from blueprint to finished product. That means reading shop drawings, fitting and tacking parts, and laying down clean, strong final welds. This is primarily MIG (GMAW) work on steel and stainless. Some days you may also run a forklift or other shop machinery. We'll train you on our products and our process, so you'll know exactly what good looks like here.
What we're looking for
- Solid MIG welding experience and an eye for quality
- Ability to read basic blueprints and shop drawings, fit parts, and tack
- Reliable, safety-minded, and good to work alongside
- AWS or ASME code certification is a strong plus, but it is not required to apply

- $20 to $26 per hour, based on your experience and skill
