What You’ll Do:
Assist in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
Support senior technicians on job sites
Troubleshoot and diagnose basic HVAC issues
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
Earn extra with sales incentives!
What We’re Looking For:
HVAC technical knowledge or trade school experience
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
A team player with excellent customer service skills
