Shift: Evenings 2:30 p-10:30 p Every other weekend is required
Duration: 13 weeks (Possible extension)
Hours: 37.5 hr/wk
Responsibilities-
- Provide direct patient care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience as LPN
- BLS (AHA) required
- NY LPN license
- Must float to all units (same building)
- Patient populations: MS, ortho, dementia, memory care
- EMR: PointClick Care
