Position Available:: Project Architect / Project Manager
General Description:: Mougeot Architecture is seeking a licensed Architect to join our growing team as a Project Architect / Project Manager. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven professional who enjoys collaborating with clients, solving complex design challenges, and leading projects from concept through construction.
Our firm offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of educational, civic, commercial, and municipal projects throughout Louisiana. You'll be involved in every phase of the design process while working in a collaborative, energetic environment where your ideas and leadership are valued.
Requirements:
- Lead projects from schematic design through construction administration
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Prepare and oversee construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
- Participate in design development, detailing, and quality control
- Conduct site visits, construction observations, and project meetings
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate with the design team
- Assist with project scheduling and consultant coordination
Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect
- Professional or Master's Degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience with graphic presentation software
- 3D modeling and visualization skills are a plus
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Passion for thoughtful design and client service
