Practical Roadmap

You will spend 4 to 6 weeks over the road with a certified driver mentor.

This is 100% live freight experience on public highways—no simulators or classroom time.

You transition into your own assigned truck as soon as your mentor signs off on your skills.
Your paid coaching focuses on:

Safe operation and maneuvering of commercial tractor-trailers

Routine Tasks

Returning home every two weeks for scheduled rest days

Hiring Criteria

Valid and active Class A commercial driver's license

Minimum age of 21 years old
