Compensation: Full Time position with Targeted Yearly Earning Starting at $60,000 per year based on a 40 hour work week.
Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Starting at $60,000 targeted earning per year (Full-Time) based on $30 per hour pay rate.
- Fuel Stipend to cover in territory fuel cost of $50 / week

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and tech-savvy Maintenance Technician to join our Fort Lauderdale operations team. The ideal candidate is motivated, clean, organized, and comfortable using technology to manage and complete maintenance tasks across our portfolio of luxury properties.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of their work, communicate clearly, and ensure every property remains in pristine, guest-ready condition.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks including monthly preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and structural components using schematics and technical manuals.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Mobile Maintenance Management System (APP & Cloud Based) and generate detailed reports as needed.
- Flushing and cleaning A/C lines
- Painting and drywall touch-ups
- Unclogging toilets, drains, and sinks
- Minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance troubleshooting
- General repairs and preventative maintenance across residential properties
- Utilize task management software (preferably Breezeway) to receive, document, and complete assigned work orders.
- Communicate updates, photos, completion notes through mobile applications such as WhatsApp & Breezeway in real-time.
- Coordinate with property operations and housekeeping teams to ensure homes are guest-ready.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of residential maintenance or handyman experience (vacation rental or hospitality experience a plus).
- Tech-savvy — able to navigate apps and online tools for work order tracking and communication (Breezeway experience strongly preferred).
- Must have reliable transportation and a truck suitable for carrying tools and materials.
- Must provide own tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Availability for occasional after-hours
- Weekend on-call schedule every other weekend.
- Must be based in or near Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
