Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach events to promote organizational goals and programs
- Deliver compelling presentations using presentation software to educate and inspire diverse audiences
- Develop and optimize product or program pages to enhance visibility and engagement across digital platforms
- Build strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and local organizations through effective communication
- Conduct product demos and public speaking engagements to showcase offerings and foster interest
- Manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, gathering feedback, and maintaining positive community relations.
- Meet established outreach, appointment, and patient acquisition goals.
- Maintain compliance with all HIPAA regulations, company policies, and applicable healthcare standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in marketing, event marketing, or community outreach roles that demonstrate active engagement skills
- Experience working with Medicare Advantage, managed care, or healthcare services is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and Spanish bilingual abilities
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices to foster community trust and participation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
