Position Overview
The Client Support Representative will work closely with clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will represent AT&T in all in-person interactions, ensuring that sales processes run smoothly while building trust and loyalty with every client you support. This is not a remote role — success comes from being hands-on, face-to-face, and highly engaged with clients in real-world sales settings.
Responsibilities of a Client Support Representative
- Engage clients in in-person conversations to understand their needs and recommend AT&T products and services.
- Deliver outstanding support by walking clients through sales processes and ensuring clarity every step of the way.
- Represent AT&T with professionalism during all in-person meetings, presentations, and client consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, sales, and follow-ups to ensure excellent support and long-term satisfaction.
- Work with team members to hit sales targets while keeping client experience the top priority.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, answering questions and resolving issues in-person to build trust.
- Stay updated on AT&T promotions and product updates to deliver the best possible solutions to clients.
- Drive sales performance by combining strong product knowledge with client-focused support.
Qualifications
- Prior sales or client support experience preferred, especially with AT&T or in telecom industries.
- Comfortable with in-person communication and building rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
