Job Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls from potential and current clients; run conflict checks and calendaring appointments
- Gather ACCURATE information from clients (proper spelling of names, correct phone numbers and email addresses).
- Confirm appointments with clients via phone and follow up email.
- Answering questions asked by clients and directing questions to appropriate parties.
- A lot of follow up with clients to gather documents both via phone and email.
- Gather legal insurance coverage from providers and clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of clients and their situations

Qualifications / Skills:
- Telephone Skills- The phones are extremely busy. If you don’t enjoy being on the phone, this is not the job for you.
- Microsoft Office suite- especially Outlook and Microsoft Word
- Adobe Products including using Adobe sign
- Any Estate Planning, Probate or Trust Administration knowelege is a plus
- Verbal communication & listening skills.
- Patience and ability to handle pressure well.
- We work hard. You will be expected to seek out things to do if you have down time and not be on your cell phone while at work.
- Great communication with other members of the team and clients.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount.
- Organizational and follow up skills are a must.
- Willingness to work and learn new things while taking instructions and helping co-workers. We are looking for a team player
- Ability to multi-task
