Event Sales Repsonsibilities:
- Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions
- Be knowledgeable of all promotions and advertisements to ensure that customer questions can be answered and to assist with selling products
- All store team members play an essential role in building the company brand by delivering excellent customer service
- You will provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Supervise or assist in supervising team members when applicable
- Provide personalized shopping assistance, including product recommendations
Event Sales Preferred Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is not required, this is an entry-level position
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team player mindset
- Supervising experience is a plus but not required; leadership skills are valued
- Bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse customers are advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously
- Knowledge of basic math for cashiering and sales transactions
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members
