We're looking for a reliable, design-minded picnic stylist who can take a setup and bring it to life. Our creative director sets the vision and is available for virtual consults, but you'll be the one on the ground making it real. You'll arrive at the venue (parks, backyards, rooftops, and scenic spots around Denver), transport and unload our inventory, and build a polished, photo-ready picnic to our styling standards. After the event, you'll handle a clean, careful breakdown and return everything in good condition.

What you'll do
- Transport, set up, and style picnic experiences (blankets, low tables, cushions, tablescapes, florals, decor) to match our design guides and reference photos
- Solve problems on the fly (uneven ground, wind, a missing prop) independently
- Communicate with our creative director virtually for pre-event consults and any questions
- Break down and pack up setups carefully, keeping our inventory clean and undamaged
- Represent the brand professionally when you interact with clients on site
What we're looking for
- Self-starting and dependable; you can follow a styling brief and execute it well on your own
- An eye for design and detail; you notice when something is cohesive
- Comfortable with physical work: lifting and carrying setup materials, working outdoors in varying weather
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (you'll be moving inventory between sites)
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends (that's when most picnics happen)
Bonus: prior experience in event styling, pop-up picnics, floral, hospitality, or visual merchandising
Location: Denver metro area, on site at various venues, additional compensation for destinations outside of a 20 mile radius of Denver
Schedule: Varies by bookings - estimated 10-15 picnics per month during summer months
Compensation: Starting at $28/hr depending on experience + mileage
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
