Overview
We're hiring a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Behavior Technician to join our growing ABA therapy team. If you're passionate about working with children with autism and developmental disabilities and you want a role where your language skills directly impact families, this is it.
You'll implement individualized behavior intervention plans, track client progress, and work alongside a clinical team that's committed to measurable outcomes and meaningful care. No two days look the same, and the work you do here matters.
What You'll Do
- Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using ABA principles with children on the autism spectrum and with other developmental disabilities.
- Collect and record behavioral data to track progress and inform clinical decision-making.
- Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and toileting.g
- Facilitate skill acquisition and social skills development tailored to each client's goals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.s
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and school teams to update individualized care plans.
- Use your Spanish fluency to communicate directly with clients and families — this is a genuine need, not a bonus.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (ABA experience a plus)
- Familiarity with data collection, behavior management strategies, and clinical documentation
- Comfortable assisting with ADLs and following structured intervention protocols
- Reliable, patient, and genuinely invested in client progress
- Knowledge of HIPAA and medical records standards preferred
