Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Order Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing online orders supporting the warehouse inventory operations.
Duties
- Process electronically received freight and drop ship orders from receipt through shipment using ERP, warehouse management, Amazon Vendor Central and custom business systems.
- Generate and verify shipping labels and documentation and customer compliance requirements
- Monitor order status and resolve processing exceptions
- Navigate multiple software platforms while maintaining attention to detail
- Process, stage and release daily dropship and parcel shipments
- Assist with inventory transfers, receiving activities and material movements
Experience
2+ years experience in warehouse operations, logistics, fulfillment or e-commerce operations
Proven experience using ERP systems, warehouse management systems or similar
Qualifications
- Strong computer aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new business software
- Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver's license is required

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
