We're looking for an experienced Skilled Carpenter who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing the job right, and wants to be part of a company where quality always comes first.
As a Residential Carpenter, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Lead Carpenters to help deliver exceptional remodeling and custom home projects.
Your responsibilities include:

Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes, additions, and residential remodeling projects

Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and other finish materials

Read and interpret construction drawings and project plans

Safely operate hand and power tools

Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites

Stage materials and prepare work areas for upcoming phases of construction

Communicate potential field issues before they become larger problems

Work collaboratively with teammates to keep projects moving efficiently

3+ years of residential carpentry experience
-
Experience with rough carpentry, finish carpentry, or both
-
Ability to read construction drawings and plans
-
Skilled in using common carpentry hand and power tools
-
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
-
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on custom homes or residential remodeling projects

Broad understanding of residential construction methods

Interest in growing into future Lead Carpenter or field leadership roles
