Experienced Line Cook
We are seeking an Experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will play an important role in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, contributing to the success of our kitchen. * 3 years full service Restaurant or Country Club required
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food safety by handling and storing ingredients properly
- Collaborate with the culinary team to streamline kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Experience:
- At least 3 years experience in a full service restaurant or country club is required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence
- Must be ServeSafe Certified
