Duties
Safely operate commercial motor vehicles, including tractor-trailers, Dry Vans, Flatbeds, Step Decks, and other equipment as assigned.
Transport freight over designated routes across 48 states while following all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck and trailer are safe and road-ready.
Secure freight properly to prevent shifting, damage, or safety issues during transportation.
Maintain accurate driving logs, delivery paperwork, BOLs, PODs, and other required documents.
Communicate professionally with dispatchers, brokers, shippers, receivers, and company staff.
Follow pickup and delivery schedules while adapting to weather, traffic, road closures, and other route conditions.
Report equipment issues, delays, accidents, or safety concerns promptly to the company.
Maintain a clean and professional attitude while representing the company on the road.
Requirements
Valid CDL Class A license.
OTR driving experience preferred.
Experience with Dry Van, Flatbed, or Step Deck is a plus.
Must be able to safely operate a tractor-trailer.
Must understand DOT safety rules, logbook requirements, and basic inspection procedures.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow dispatch instructions.
Responsible, reliable, and safety-focused attitude.
Ability to handle paperwork and submit documents on time.
Clean and professional work ethic.
Pay Options
Company driver pay available by percentage or per mile, depending on experience.
Dry Van drivers: 30% or 65–75 cents per mile, depending on experience.
Flatbed and Step Deck drivers: 90 cents per mile or 35% per load, depending on experience.
