Signarama of New Tampa, the world's largest signage and graphics franchise, is seeking a Director of First Impressions/Receptionist for its Lutz, FL location.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Smiles and extends a warm and friendly welcome to everyone entering the Store.
- Answers every incoming telephone call as directed by management and directs them to the proper department personnel. If the requested person is busy, takes the appropriate message and makes sure their call is returned.
- Provides exemplary customer service.
- Being a team player and willing to follow directions, yet have the aptitude to be a leader within the team.
- Has outside contractors, deliverymen, service men and visitors sign in and out in a daily journal.
- Appropriately addresses every individual leaving the Store as directed by management.
- Assist in other administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have knowledge and proficiency in MS Office platform and the ability to learn specialized sign industry software
- Excellent communication skills and work ethic
- Team player who is willing to go the distance
- Ability to multi-task along with attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
