We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Data Entry Invoice Clerk (English/Spanish) to support daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, basic file management knowledge, and a positive attitude toward learning new systems and tools.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Carson, CA
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office and administrative tasks, Data Entry
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, including tables and organized data
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
- Enter, update, and verify data with attention to detail
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with team members and clients
- Support office operations and assist with additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (creating tables, organizing data)
- Basic understanding of file management and document organization
- Familiarity with Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
