Automotive Sales Manager (Used Car Focus)

What You’ll Do:
· Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets
· Manage all aspects of used vehicle sales operations, including inventory, pricing, and merchandising
· Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing and strong inventory turn
· Work closely with the finance department to maximize gross profit and customer satisfaction
· Desk deals, structure sales, and ensure compliance with all dealership policies
· Develop and implement sales strategies to drive traffic and conversion
· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and online reputation
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or Senior Sales Consultant
· Strong background in used car sales, inventory management, and appraisal
· Excellent leadership, communication, and closing skills
· Ability to work in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
· Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership software
· Results-oriented with a track record of hitting or exceeding goals
