About the Role
You already know this isn’t an easy job. It takes patience, empathy, and grit. But if you’ve been a caregiver before, you know how meaningful it is. Our goal is simple: help clients live with dignity in their homes—and support you as the professional who makes that possible.
What You’ll Do
- Support clients with daily living activities—always with compassion and respect
- Partner with families and our care team to ensure holistic, quality care
- Observe and report any changes in condition to help catch issues early
- Maintain a safe environment and follow proper hygiene and lifting procedures
What You Bring
- Registered Home Care Aide (HCA/PERS) in good standing (required)
- Caregiving experience (minimum of 2 years with an agency/facility)
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance (required)
- A sense of humor, patience, and purpose
