Selery Fulfillment, Inc., is a fulfillment, e-commerce warehousing company with various locations around the U.S. Selery is proud to serve hundreds of customers to ensure their customers’ orders are packed and shipped on time. The Account Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate and timely communication regarding orders, shipments, returns, and inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced fulfillment center environment supporting a high volume of accounts.
Essential Job Functions
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communications.
- Provide order status updates, shipping information, and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and shipping teams to resolve issues.
- Process returns, exchanges, and claims in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system, including order notes and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the account team, management or specialized departments as needed.
- Monitor daily order flow and proactively identify potential fulfillment or delivery issues.
- Support reporting and documentation of service metrics.
- Deliver a high level of professionalism in every customer interaction to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 1–2 years of customer service or account support experience (preferably in fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and CRM/ticketing software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting/standing) for extended periods while handling calls and computer work.
- Frequent use of hands/fingers for typing, data entry, and phone operation.
- Occasional lifting, carrying, or moving of items up to 25 lbs. (e.g., product samples, packages).
- Ability to move within the fulfillment center to collaborate with operations staff when required.
- Tolerance for working in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
