We're looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) who is passionate about helping children reach their full potential while enjoying a fulfilling career and life outside of work.About the Role
You'll work with children in a fun, supportive environment providing individualized therapy in our clinic, homes, schools, and community settings.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate children with developmental, sensory, neurological, orthopedic, and feeding challenges
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy
- Educate and coach caregivers
- Collaborate with physicians, schools, and multidisciplinary team members
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Help expand specialty programs including feeding, sensory regulation, emotional regulation, handwriting, social skills, and more
Qualifications Required
- Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Current NBCOT Certification
- Montana Occupational Therapy License (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
- Pediatric experience
- Sensory integration experience
- Feeding therapy experience
- Trauma-informed care experience
- Passion for family-centered care
