Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various production processes, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a hands-on approach, with responsibilities that encompass fabrication, assembly, and the use of various tools and equipment. We are looking to fill positions in first shift at both Rudolph and Marshfield (210 Downwind Dr) locations.
Duties
- Fabricate components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals.
- Perform routine maintenance and sanitation on equipment and work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or factory setting is preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
