Iron Horse Exteriors is seeking an experienced Assistant Foreman to support daily job site operations. This is a hands-on leadership role working directly with the Foreman, supervising crews, and coordinating with the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Foreman on daily job site operations
- Supervise crews while actively working alongside them
- Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site
- Coordinate with Project Manager on scheduling and progress
- Maintain quality control and job site cleanliness
Requirements:
- REQUIRED: Experience in siding or roofing
- Ability to lead and manage crews effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors and lift materials
