We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Technician to support manufacturing operations in a controlled, cleanroom environment. This role functions primarily as a hands-on machine operator responsible for running production equipment, maintaining process controls, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output in accordance with cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow structured processes, and a commitment to safety, cleanliness, and product integrity.
This position is critical to supporting daily production flow, equipment operation, and maintaining compliance within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and machinery in a cleanroom environment following detailed work instructions and batch records.
- Maintain a safe, sterile, and compliant cleanroom environment in accordance with cGMP, SOPs, and company policies.
- Prepare, clean, and sanitize production equipment and cleanroom areas before and after production runs to prevent contamination.
- Monitor machine performance during production runs and perform basic adjustments as needed under defined procedures.
- Accurately document all production and machine operation activities, including logs, batch records, and quality forms to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Handle, stage, and transfer materials and components within the cleanroom while maintaining product integrity.
- Perform packaging, labeling, and basic inspection tasks as part of the production process.
- Participate in training programs and support continuous improvement initiatives under supervisor guidance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Quality Assurance to support in-process inspections, documentation review, and compliance adherence.
- Support Validation and Calibration activities as required.
- Collaborate with peers and other departments to support process efficiency, throughput improvements, and quality initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a cleanroom, GMP, or regulated manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Previous experience as a machine operator or production operator in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
