As a weekend caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Qualifications & Requirements: UPON OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT
Upon offer and acceptance of employment as required under New York industry-specific law; the Offer of Employment will be contingent on the following:
Successful completion of a thorough background screening;
Successful completion of a drug screening;
Successful completion of 2 professional references;
A medical physical was completed within the past 10 months with clearance for habituation.
Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test within the last year
Home Health Care Certification(s).
