We’re looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial Growth & Community Manager who is passionate about growing a business, building relationships, and creating memorable customer experiences.
Position Summary
The Growth & Community Manager is responsible for increasing revenue, foot traffic, memberships, and customer loyalty by developing strategic partnerships, executing community events, leading local marketing initiatives, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, marketing, event planning, sales, and building a strong community around a brand.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth
- Increase daily customer traffic and monthly revenue.
- Develop strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Grow memberships and loyalty programs.
- Execute local marketing campaigns that generate measurable results.
- Analyze sales trends and recommend improvements
Community Engagement
- Build relationships with local businesses, gyms, yoga studios, veterans organizations, colleges, churches, nonprofits, apartment communities, and networking groups.
- Represent Frisco Kava Bar at community events and networking opportunities.
- Create strategic partnerships that increase brand awareness.
- Develop ambassador and referral programs.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, hospitality, business development, community engagement, retail, events, or sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends for events.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passion for wellness, hospitality, and community building.
