Shyne Jewelers is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Management Associate with a passion for fine jewelry. You'll manage our exquisite collection and ensure precise inventory management using Abott Jewelry - The Edge software or similar. Join us and play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our inventory systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update inventory records using Abott Jewelry - The Edge software.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies in inventory records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to fulfill orders and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Identify and report any issues related to inventory management and suggest improvements to streamline processes.
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the procurement team to replenish inventory as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all inventory-related policies and procedures.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
- Proficiency in using Abott Jewelry - The Edge software or similar inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with various teams within the organization.
- A passion for the jewelry industry and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy in inventory management.
