What You’ll Be Doing
- Hands-on work restoring homes and businesses after water or fire damage
- Using tools, drying equipment, and tech to bring spaces back to life
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Collaborating with a tight-knit crew to stay efficient and on track
- Communicating with customers to keep them in the loop and feeling supported
- Staying curious and open to learning all areas of restoration: mitigation, rebuilds, and content cleaning
What We’re Looking For
- Experience is great—but attitude and willingness to learn matter more
- You’re comfortable using basic hand tools and following safety protocols
- You care about doing quality work and helping people
- You’re a solid communicator who values teamwork
- You’re ready to grow your skills in a fast-paced, high-impact industry
- You’re physically able to lift 50+ lbs and don’t mind being on your feet, climbing, or getting a little dirty
