Case Manager – Adults with Disabilities | Huntington Beach, CA

Are you passionate about helping adults with developmental disabilities live more independent, fulfilling lives? Join Compass as a Case Manager supporting clients and families throughout the Huntington Beach and surrounding Orange County communities.
In this role, you'll coordinate services across two programs—one focused on family-centered care coordination and the other on helping adults build the skills and supports they need to live independently.
Note: This is a community-based role that includes local travel throughout Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Santa Ana, Anaheim, and surrounding areas.
What You'll Do
- Manage a caseload across both CFS (Coordinated Family Supports) and ILS (Independent Living Services) programs
- Support and mentor caregivers and team members
- Partner with clients and families to help individuals achieve their goals
- Coordinate services, schedules, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with program standards and quality expectations
- Meet with clients, families, and community partners throughout your assigned service area
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in social services, case management, or supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently
- Valid California driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally

About the Role
This is a full-time, office-based position with a combination of community visits and administrative responsibilities. You'll spend time meeting with clients and families throughout Orange County while collaborating with your team to deliver exceptional, person-centered services.
