Job Overview

As our Service Manager, you are the engine that keeps our branch running smoothly. You will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor a team of dedicated technicians, and ensure that our high standards of service and safety are never compromised. What You'll Do
- Guide our technician team's day-to-day work, making sure schedules run smoothly and jobs get done on time.
- Make sure everyone is following company guidelines and doing things safely and correctly.
- Help the team represent our brand well and always deliver top-notch service.
- Keep an eye on how the team is performing (productivity and quality) and share updates with leadership.
- Be a hands-on coach and mentor, helping every technician grow and succeed.
- Make sure your team has the training, tools, and confidence they need to meet our goals and take care of our customers.
- Check in regularly with your team and offer helpful feedback so they can keep improving.
- Make sure our customers are always getting the best possible service.
- Jump in to help solve tough customer issues, turning problems into positive experiences.
- Keep an ear out for customer feedback and use it to figure out how we can make our service even better.

What We're Looking For

- Experience: 2-5 years of pest control experience (required). Knowledge of pest control regulations, safety standards, and compliance practices.
- Licensing: Valid Driver's License, current State Pest Control License
- Skills: Strong communication, Organizational, Conflict Resolution, and the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team. Ability to foster teamwork while driving accountability and results.
