Position Summary Collaborate with all departments to support the business to improve and simplify existing processes. Deliver sustainable operational improvements in safety, quality, and productivity by leading and managing projects and teams, and additionally ensure that new processes contain and use continuous improvement methodologies.
Specific Responsibilities
- Manage Continuous Improvement and Process Improvement activities
- Provide leadership and participation in Work Center audits
- Drive Cause and Corrective Action activities
- Develop and maintain the Lean Manufacturing Training Curriculum
- Liaise with management and others on related enhancement opportunities
- Keep organization updated and on-task
Education: Bachelor’s Degree and/or advanced studies required
Experience: 3 - 7 years’ related experience, including manufacturing project management and knowledge of financial analytical.
Special Skills: Strong designing and implementing process improvements, Six Sigma or Lean certification, Training curriculum development required. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent problem solving, multi-tasking, and English communication skills. Creative and flexible.
Physical Requirements: The ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, respond to quick sounds, respond to dangerous situations, climb ladders. Standing and sitting for long periods, adaptability of changing work environments. Repetitive motions. Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
