Role Overview:
As the Shift Leader, you will be pivotal in managing our manufacturing process during your assigned shifts. Entrusted with the leadership of a team of operators, you'll ensure the smooth running of our production line, maintaining safety, efficiency, and high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Oversee daily shift operations, from initiating machine start-ups to ensuring orderly shutdowns.
- Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of operators, fostering accountability and high performance.
- Conduct regular quality checks and coordinate with the production manager to uphold standards.
- Engage in problem-solving, quickly addressing and resolving operational hitches to minimize downtime.
- Strong technical knowledge of EPS and injection machinery, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in manufacturing leadership, exceptional communication, and organizational abilities.
