Job Summary: Owns the full lifecycle of an assigned Kimray product line from ideation to retirement, translating market and customer insight into product decisions that drive innovation, competitive positioning, and long-term portfolio profitability and growth.
- Works with commercial, technical, and operational teams – including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and the Executive team – to introduce new product lines and support the full product lifecycle.

Conducts structured Voice of the Customer (VOC) activities, including customer visits, win/loss debriefs, and field ride-alongs, to build and maintain a prioritized innovation pipeline.

Synthesizes VOC and market data into validated opportunity statements and business cases that guide product development priorities.

Monitors and manages the commercial performance of an assigned product line, including revenue, margin, and competitive positioning, and leads corrective action when needed.

Manages the full product lifecycle, including proactively identifying retirement candidates, leading the End-of-Life process, and owning customer transition planning.

Leads the front end of the New Product Development (NPD) process, including business case development and problem statement approval, and partners cross-functionally to shepherd projects through to launch.

Monitors active NPD projects through all gate reviews, ensuring solutions remain aligned with validated customer needs and that products are fully launch-ready before release.

Collaborates with Marketing to develop go-to-market plans, sales enablement content, and launch communications for new and updated products.

Leads pricing processes for the assigned product line, including annual price proposals, ad hoc pricing changes, and new item pricing.

Communicates new and existing product updates to internal and external customers.

Monitors the competitive landscape, oil and gas production trends, regulatory and emissions developments, and market conditions, incorporating findings into product strategy.

Maintains active field presence through regular visits to Kimray stores and distributors, and participation in trade shows and industry conventions, to gather market insight and support product growth.

Leads Product Team operating rhythm, including weekly meetings, project prioritization, capacity coordination with Leadership, and performance metric reporting.

Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures, reporting all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or a Health and Environmental Safety team member.

Participates in cross-functional initiatives to achieve departmental and company goals.

Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill.

Performs other duties as assigned.
- 8+ years of experience in oil and gas production equipment and control systems

Strong commercial acumen, including business, marketing, and sales principles, pricing strategy, and margin analysis

Experience managing products across the full lifecycle, from ideation through retirement

Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects and product lifecycle stages

Experience developing business cases and opportunity statements grounded in customer and market data

Practical experience in planning and leading change

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners

Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Ability to effectively present information to internal and external groups.

High proficiency with business systems and data tools, including ERP systems, data visualization platforms, and content management platforms

Familiarity with Kimray product line preferred

Must have valid driver’s license and clean MVR
