General Position Summary:
Deals and controls a variety of games as assigned. Ensures that the game(s) are dealt and that collections are taken in accordance with policies and procedures.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
- Conducts games according to applicable polices and regulations

Manages and maintains chips during the course of a game

Collects and distributes cash and chips to customers

Controls the pace of the game

Notifies the Floor Supervisor of any irregularities notes in customer play or other transactions during the shift/push

Promotes Clearly Superior Customer Service

Other duties as deemed necessary

Must be able to deal Blackjack and all other card games offered on the gaming floor

Ability to deal Poker, Roulette and Craps preferable

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma/GED required

Previous dealing experience or formal training course completion required
Job Conditions:
Conditions include working on casino floor during busy times of the day and night, smoke-filled environment, loud noise and crowded conditions. Some guest contacts may become stressful. Conditions will also include frequent interruptions, days, evenings, week-ends and holidays. Schedules are subject to change based on the needs of the Department.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 25 lb. while standing or bending. Must be able to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. Manual and finger dexterity is a requirement.
